Our Sustainability Report 2021 is online!

A great teamwork has allowed us to create what for us is not just a report but a real narrative of who we are and what principles guide us.

The aim of the report is to create a dialogue with stakeholders and set the theme of sustainable development as an essential part of our growth strategy.

Techfem is based on talent, collaboration, professionalism, responsibility and ambition of the people who are part of it. The ethical approach and healthy development of skills have allowed us over the years to create a company philosophy that goes beyond the business, involving also the environment and the social component.

For the formulation of our Sustainability Report we have chosen the GRI standards (Global Reporting Initiative) as project basis, which for completeness and percentage are the most suitable for reporting our Economic, Environmental and Social impacts and contributions.

We are talking about ENVIRONMENT and how our projects and technological innovations develop in line with the policies of the Agenda 2030. Our internal and external processes are constantly evaluated using the parameter of environmental sustainability.

We want to contribute to the creation of a sustainable future, for everone. That’s why the SOCIAL section of our report emphasizes the importance of people and the territory where they live. The community spirit that has always moved techfem, has led us to invest in local and social initiatives.

The GOVERNANCE part of our sustainability report describes our intention to ensure the business continuity and create medium-long term value. We talk about the stability of our company as a result of a long history that speaks of ethics, integrity and responsible administration.
