Techfem Bollino Rosa

We had the honor of receiving the Bollino Rosa during the second edition of the event promoted by the Regional Commission for Equal Opportunities for Marche.

We are proud to be among the 45 companies awarded for having successfully completed a path dedicated to Gender Equality, sharing this important recognition with institutional representatives, trade associations and trade unions.

The President of the Regional Council Dino Latini also spoke at the event and, greeting the audience, underlined a fundamental concept: the commitment to bridging the gender gap should not be considered a merit, but a natural condition.

The award for Techfem was received by Rosangela Pisicchio, our HR Manager, who on this occasion represented the Gender Equality Steering Committee established internally.
