Our Works Management and Safety Coordination team performs timely checks of personnel, vehicles and activities carried out in the field daily in order to implement constant monitoring on the construction site.
We draw up the Construction Site Daily Log and all the reports provided by the client or by current legislation, in addition to managing periodic meetings with contractors and customers, necessary for a better progress of the work.
We implement and fulfill the provisions of articles 90, 91 and 92 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 on health & safety at work in temporary and mobile construction sites, in the PSC (Safety and Coordination Plans) and as defined in the reference contractual documents.
We verify and draw up the reports provided for specialized activities (welding, cathodic protection and more) and we take care of site accounting, managing relations with public institutions, private companies and all stakeholders affected by the work.
