Security Award this year goes to Techfem S.p.A.!

Techfem with the project “Ti abbiamo a cuore” has been proclaimed the winner for the CORPORATE WELFARE category!

The award ceremony took place in Siena as part of ‘Safety meets Culture’ edition 2023, within the 1st national competition dedicated to raising awareness and good practices on workplace safety and corporate welfare.

“Ti abbiamo a cuore” is a cardiovascular prevention project conceived by Techfem S.p.A. and addressed to all employees. Cardiovascular diseases are still today the leading cause of death in our country, being responsible for 34.8% of all deaths. This prevention project was born from these data.

The project will develop from July to November 2023 and will be divided into the following phases:

🔸 Primary prevention regarding the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases and the importance of prevention.

🔸 Screening to identify workers at risk of developing cardiovascular disease, by attributing risk based on the SCORE and ECG model.

” Ti abbiamo a cuore ” is one of the corporate welfare initiatives and represents for Techfem an awareness-raising process dedicated to the health and well-being of its employees, as key stakeholders and an integral part of the organisation’s social commitment.
