Techfem is working in the design of cross-border hydrogen pipelines

In 2022 we delivered a number of pre-project consultancy studies and basic design packages of high-pressure long-distance transmission systems of pure hydrogen.

The activities concerns the development of pipelines for an overall length of approximately 5000 km in the EMEA region, particularly Morocco, Tunisia, Malta, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Norway and Germany.

From 2019 we are continuously working on preliminary engineering, FEEDs and detail design of hydrogen-ready gas pipelines for the major Italian TSOs (methane transmission and storage operators).
