Initiatives for the territory

The relationship that unites us to the A.s.d. Fano Rugby was born in 2015, the year in which we embarked on an exciting challenge with a group of fans: to create a meeting place in Fano dedicated to oval ball lovers, based on healthy values and principles of sharing.

From here we start projects in synergy that involve the youth sector of the Rossoblu club and school children.
In fact, thanks to the Insieme in Meta initiative, the association manages to involve more than 1000 children between 6 and 14 years of age. The boys, coming from different institutes in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, can take part for free in introductory sessions on the world of Rugby and their values.
We also support the Minirugby sector of which we are the official sponsor and we follow the constant progress of "our" Under 13 team.

From the 2018-2019 season we have been supporting another important sporting reality in our area.
Virtus Volley Fano invests heavily in the junior sector which involves many young volleyball lovers every year.

Our link with the Virtus world also arises from sharing the same philosophy geared towards new talents, a value that brings us closer to the association strongly linked to its youth sector.
The first team won the Serie B championship in 2019 with the consequent promotion to A3, in which it currently plays.

In 2021 we became the first private company to support a project by the municipality of Fano aimed at civic education for young citizens of the area.
Our aim was to create a hub in MEMO from which schools could draw and initiate primary school children to coding.

Coding is a discipline that has as its ultimate purpose to manage the mental processes that help in solving problems by combining tools and conceptual skills.
Thanks to the precious collaboration of the municipal administration and the staff of the Mediateca Montanari di Fano, we succeeded in our intent by going beyond our expectations: the purchased kits were used during a total of 180 hours of civic education workshops in three first grade secondary institutes of the city of Fano.

A success that becomes an easily replicable example that could lead other companies in the area to support projects from a community perspective.

Il Paese dei Balocchi is a cultural event organized by the association of the same name that we have been supporting for years, born in Bellocchi di Fano, where our headquarters is located.

The cycle of events promoted by the organization every year is dedicated to children, adolescents and their families.
The pandemic that has hit us in recent years has not stopped the enthusiasm of the association's professionals and volunteers who left in 2021, giving life to the Smart Edition of Il Paese dei Balocchi.

It is precisely in the context of this particular edition that we have "adopted a project", supporting the conference Sustainable finance in support of the planet held by the expert in the banking sector and asset management Fabio Cappa.

The first sports team to bear our name is the "Atletica Fano Techfem" sports club!
Since last year we have supported this reality that with passion and talent is leading the young athletes of the area to achieve important results.

In the first part of the season the team distinguished itself in all national competitions in which it participated, obtaining excellent results.
For the first time a Women's Cross team has qualified for a national final, making the team stronger not only from an individual point of view.

The young athletes have already reached regional and national records, and recently one of the young athletes of the association was summoned to the gathering of the Italian national team in Formia (LT) from 14 to 16 April 2022 in the Olympic training center.
