Workers’ health and well-being

This morning, #Techfem was honored at Palazzo Madou during the awards ceremony for public and private companies in The Marche Region that have distinguished themselves with projects dedicated to safeguarding workers’ health and well-being. The recognition was given as part of the #WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) program, promoted by the World Health Organization.

Techfem has organized numerous events focused on #prevention and awareness, aligning with our commitment to gender equality, which was officially certified in 2024. Among these initiatives, the following deserve special mention:

✅ Techfem Pink October – Free breast examinations with ultrasound and/or mammograms for all employees aged 25 and above.
✅ Techfem Blue November – Informational sessions, screenings, and specialist visits for prostate cancer prevention, dedicated to our employees.
✅ Techfem Alimendando – Training on healthy eating habits with experts, accompanied by educational lunches to promote proper nutrition.
✅ Bike to Work – A regular initiative to encourage sustainable mobility and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

This recognition makes us proud and motivates us to continue our commitment to the well-being and health of our people.
